Single Minute Exchange of Die Styrofoam Shape Moulding Machine has improvement in both control system and design. It achieves one key to change the mould in 5 minutes and the optional robotic arm can collect and stack products. Based on Italian prototype EPS shape moulding machine, we have developed it with SUTUAN technology to get our own EPS shaping machine.

MOULD CHANGING

Open framework design, advanced auto rod guide and fix system. Greatly reduces machine stop period for box making, truly realizes SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Die). Mould Change Time < 5min

PRODUCT PICK UP

Pre-prepare transfer materialsfor multi-layers steaming. (Eg: Structure products & under floor board with HIPS film coating, or plastic inserts for ICF)

Collect & Stack products

MACHINE STRUCTURE

All frames are welded onto strong rectangle tubes which are process- ed by heat treatment to prevent the deformation of the mould panel.

Then, all frames need sand blast- ing treatment to get rust prevention. Anti-corrosive primer and finishing coat ensure anticorrosion performance and lengthen foam machine’s working life.
